Off One's Rocker——缺乏理智

**“Off one's rocker” alludes to the rocking chair and the elderly. Many old people gradually become disabled, and drift into a state of mental confusion.

** My mother, even at 105, had never fallen off her rocker. Minutes before her passing, she still recognized me and shedded a drop of tear.
